  15. A book I teach from is the 3rd edition of A Book on C (ABC) by Kelly and Pohl (not 
  16. sure of spelling).  This book is fairly good.

  18. A better (technical) book but in my opinion less readable book is The Joy of C (Yes, 
  19. Yuck! on the title) by ??? and Miller.
